Relationships with people are like new recipes for me: sometimes everything turns out easy, and sometimes it takes time to understand each other. Hi, i'm Sofa, and every morning I wake up with the smell of vanilla on my fingers - it seems that it has been ingrained in me forever. I’m studying to become a pastry chef, and the further I go, the more I understand: this is not just a profession, it’s a way to speak to the world through taste and beauty. When I whip cream or trace patterns on a cake, I feel like an artist, only my paint is sweet. I dream of opening my own small pastry shop - bright, cozy, with a showcase, where each cake will be like a small work of art. For the sake of this dream, I save almost every spare penny: sometimes I deny myself an extra coffee, sometimes a new notebook, although I adore creative things as much as desserts. Sometimes I’m scared: what if I don’t succeed? But as soon as I knead the dough or hear the crunch of fresh meringue, my doubts disappear. I know that one day I will open the doors of my pastry shop, and people will come there for warmth, inspiration and a piece of my world.
